Secure OnLine Ordering

We are now able to offer Secure Online Ordering for most items. This facility is in addition to our existing ordering facilities. You are still welcome to make enquiries by email prior to ordering on-line, if you wish to.

The process is quite straightforward. All our catalogue pages now include a "quantity" box for each currently available car. Simply enter the number you require, then click on the "BUY NOW" button at the bottom of the page. This will add the items specified to your shopping cart. Having done so, you may then return to the catalogue by clicking "CONTINUE SHOPPING", and can add to your order by repeating this process. Note that for one-off cars, eg collectors items, it will be a check box rather than a quantity field.

To modify your order at any time, click on the "VIEW CART" button on any catalogue page. This will show you the items you have placed in your cart so far. You can increase quantities by changing the "Quantity" field, or delete items by setting the appropriate "Quantity" field to 0 (zero). Press the "RECALCULATE" button to see the effect of your changes.

When you are ready to submit your order, click the "VIEW CART" button on any catalogue page. The first thing you need to do is to calculate the shipping charge. You do this by selecting the "Destination" from the pull-down menu and then clicking the "RECALCULATE" button. For details of how this is calculated see the Shipping Charges page.

Please note that we will charge shipping at the actual rate if it is less than the calculated rate. Note also that if there is an error in the calculation process, for instance the wrong destination zone is used, then we will charge the actual rate even if it is higher than the calculated rate.

Click on "GO TO PAYMENTS" once you have recalculated the shipping charges. Note that there is a minimum order value of £5.00 (excluding shipping) though this is waived for some items such as catalogues.

You now need to specify your Name and Address for shipping, plus your phone, fax, and email address. PLEASE enter your email address in case we need to contact you. We do not send out unsolicited emails based on this information, nor do we make ANY of your details available to other persons. Note if you are an "Account Holder" you may omit your address but MUST supply the email address that we have on file for you. Click on "CONTINUE" when you have entered the required information.

Check the details carefully. You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
