Secure OnLine Ordering (cont)

If you are an Account Holder with us, and we have your Credit Card details already, you should click "SUBMIT ORDER". The order will be sent to us directly with no further interaction.

If you are NOT an account holder, click "SECURE SSL PAYMENT". Provided you have a capable browser (eg Netscape 3 or later, Internet Explorer 3 or later), this will open a secure, encrypted link to the server.

Enter your credit card details carefully, including the Expiry date and the CVV digits from th erear of the card, and click "SUBMIT PAYMENT". The order will be sent to us directly with no further interaction. The Credit Card details will be held on the secure  server for us to retrieve over a similar secure encrypted link when we process your order. At no stage are your credit card details sent via email or any other unsecure mechanism. Your credit card details are deleted from the server once we have successfully processed your order and are not archived or passed on to any other person.

In normal circumstances orders will be processed within two working days. Please understand that sometimes, especially at weekends, this may take a little longer. We will acknowledge via email when your order is processed. If there are problems with the information you provided or if an item is out of stock we will contact you for instructions.

If you wish to open an account with us, you may do so using the secure mechanism. You must provide us with your name, address, delivery address (optional), phone, fax number (if available), and email address. Then, your credit card details. You must supply a working email address to use this facility. We will only accept orders that quote the same email address as you provide at this time, and we will only make deliveries to the address(es) you supply when you create the account. You MUST NOT place an order against your account until we have confirmed that your details have been processed.
